Are there parts of you that you keep JUDGING?
Maybe they’re physical?
Maybe ways of being?
Maybe ways of reacting?
Most people who have grown up in this goal-oriented, black & white world have a part of them that is “Judging” and that judge voice tends to be hardest on your own Self.
Anyone relate?
Part of stepping more into your Self-Love and Self-Compassion is connecting to this ‘Judge’ inside your head and honoring it and embracing it.
It may sound counterintuitive but this is a huge way in which you can begin to release the charge and resistance that has built up.

…and you will begin to see a melting or a softening until…
💃🏻you get to truly feel that you can in fact be Embracing ALL that is You.
All the parts. The light and the shadow.
